Calvin

By Anna Miridonova
Size: 6″ , handmade, one of a kind
Category: Birds

I would like to introduce you my new bird. His name is Calvin.

Calvin is a baby swan barely hatched from an egg, but already graceful and majestic. Beautiful flowers on satin ribbon decorate his neck. The bird is created in beige tones. Calvin stands without support. Besides, you will find a pretty linen knitted napkin made by myself for every toy.

Calvin is made of German viscose, looks at the world with glass eyes, filled tightly with combination of sawdust and sherstepon. His neck has wire frame inside, so you may slightly change position. His head, wings and legs rotate 360° due to cotter pin and disk connection. Legs and beak are handmade from polymer clay. Light pastel and oil make up complete the image.

Calvin’s total height is 15 cm.

As with all my creations, Calvin comes to you with a specially birth certificate of conformity of style and materials.

Laying on the linen napkin Calvin travels in cardboard box with paper filler.
